DefinedGRC is absolutely committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in our corporate activities and ensuring that our supply chains are entirely free from such practices. We recognize our responsibility to take a robust approach to modern slavery and human trafficking, aligning heavily with the core values of the governance, risk, and compliance industry.
As a provider of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) software built natively on the Salesforce ecosystem, our supply chain is primarily composed of technology providers, software services, and professional corporate consultants. We consider the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations and our direct supply chain to be low. However, we remain vigilant and monitor our partners and suppliers carefully.
We have zero tolerance to slavery and human trafficking. We expect all those in our supply chain, including contractors and third-party developers, to comply with our values. We build tools specifically designed for Intelligent Due Diligence, and we apply these same rigorous assessment standards to our own business partnerships.
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains and our business, we provide relevant guidance to all core team members and consultants engaged by DefinedGRC.
We will continuously review and enhance our practices to ensure that modern slavery is not taking place in any part of our business or supply chains. This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
